The site is located in the attic of a Grade II listed mid-19th century building in the Bayswater Conservation area, was transformed into a modern one-bedroom residence while preserving its historic character. The renovation included rewiring, new lighting, and acoustic-insulated timber flooring to replace the existing carpet. The kitchen and living area were upgraded with custom cabinetry and appliances, and the bathroom was fitted with a new shower unit. Fire-rated doors and radiators were installed, and custom-made furniture was designed to suit the flat's unique layout. Following planning approval and listed building consent, construction was completed in June 2024, creating a contemporary yet historically respectful living space.
